Goodbye

It's time to say goodbye,
With a heavy heart and tearful eye,

With a smile on the face,
Knowing that this is life's pace,

Right in the center does it split us apart,
Like hitting the bull's eye with a dart,

We won't see each other for quite some time,
Hence to you I say in matching rhyme,

Oh what a dear friend you were,
We'll try to meet again in the future,

We'll talk about the good old days.
Over tea,coffee and a packet of Lays,
